Our Story

It’s really pretty simple; we love dogs and we LOVE making dogs happy! As the owner of 8 rescues, feeding our pups quality food and treats while not breaking the bank is paramount! Also, eight dogs get dirty…really dirty! After years of making our own treats and soaps for all the pup lovers in our lives, and folks always asking for more, we wanted to share the love.

Our Company

We are a Woman Owned Small Business located in Morgantown, West Virginia. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, using paper packaging and supplies. We purchase our oat flour from a miller in Iowa (and it too ships in paper bags), and our fresh ground peanuts from Pennsylvania.

Our Bones and Biscuits

All of our treats are made with natural ingredients. Our base is oat flour, just in case someone has a grain allergy. We use fresh ground peanut butter with no salt, oil or other additives, just nuts! We shred cheddar cheese, emulsify bananas, and use only unsweetened applesauce, organic pumpkin puree and rolled oats. Our treats are baked and then dried at a low temperature to create a tasty and crispy, homemade snack. No preservatives and no chemicals! All of our treats were lab tested for guaranteed analysis and are licensed for sale in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Our current licensed flavors include Peanut Butter Dream, Apples N Oats, Pumpkin Pie, Christmas Cookie, Peanut Butter & Nanners, Cheese Please and Peanut & Pumpkin Swirl.

Our Bubbles

All of our dog soaps are handcrafted from a free and clear soap base. We use therapeutic grade essential oils, unrefined & organic butters and oils, and organic oatmeal.

Our Rescued Pups

Winnie (Boothe Family) - Adopted April 12, 2012 from the Monongalia County Canine Adoption Center. Winnie was the tiniest pup at the shelter, and one look and we knew we had to take her home! She is the sweetest little girl, and melted our hearts from day one! She was a loyal companion to our Shaggy, and she, well, she tolerates Penny Lane!

Penny Lane (Boothe Famiy) - Adopted October 15, 2016 - We adopted Penny Lane from Pet Helpers, Inc. in Fairmont, WV at the age of 13 weeks! At the time, we had our sweet Shaggy, another rescue from Kentucky. Shaggy was 14 when Penny Lane joined our family, and needless to say, having a puppy in the house certainly gave him some renewed spunk! Penny Lane is rambunctious, and curious and definitely keeps us on our toes!

Fletcher (Boothe Family) - Adopted June 5, 2018. Fletcher showed up at our house, starving and sick. He was so sick that we were not sure we could save him; but, in truth, he saved us! We simply fell in love with this boy, and he completes our pack! He is loving, sweet and incredibly goofy! We certainly feel like Fletcher chose us, and we could not be more happy!

Henry (Boothe Family) - Adopted September 9, 2020. Henry is an older fellow, but we like to say he is “distinguished.” In fact, we now refer to him as “King Henry.” Because he likes cats a little too much, Henry had a difficult time finding his forever family. When we saw him on the Preston County Animal Shelter’s page, we simply fell in love! He’s best buds with Penny Lane and Fletcher, and don’t let age fool you; Henry’s full of spunk! We just adore him!

Lilo (Boothe Family) - Adopted December 19, 2020 from Soaring Hope Animal Rescue Partners. Lilo is a spunky little pup! Don’t let her size fool you, she’s a whirlwind of energy and makes us laugh every day! We adopted Lilo to be a companion for our Winnie in her twilight years, and having her around has most certainly recharged our entire house! Henry is her protector, and her best bud! They are inseparable (mostly because Henry cannot escape the ever moving Lilo)!

Grover (McKinney Family) - Adopted August 19, 2017 - Grover was adopted from Pet Helpers Inc. in Fairmont, WV at the age of 2. At the time, we did not have any pets and only one human child. We knew we had love to give and adopted Grover. He changed our lives forever. Some say there was life before Grover, but we don’t remember. Grover is sweet, relaxed, and never meets a stranger.

Loki (McKinney Family) - Adopted November 17, 2019 - Loki was also adopted from Pet Helpers, Inc at the age of 2. In November 2019, our home was still missing something. At 6am on a Sunday morning, I saw Loki on Facebook. I applied and we picked her up later that day. She has been a game changer. Loki is full of energy and spunk. Everyday is an adventure with two dogs with such different personalities.

Princess Harriet - aka Harrie (McKinney Family) - Adopted March 20, 2021 - Harrie was adopted from Soaring Hope Animal Rescue Partners (SHARP) at just 10 weeks old. Our home had been puppy free for the last 15 years and we were very unprepared! We are learning as we go. Harrie never stops moving! Loki is her best friend and has been teaching her the house rules.
